Ron Pringle is a nationally recognized Speaker, Mediator, and Nonprofit Leader with more than 25 years of experience transforming food systems through equity, innovation, and community partnership. As President & CEO of Inter-Faith Food Shuttle in Raleigh, NC, Ron has pioneered programs in workforce development, local agriculture, and long-term nutrition security.
From serving as a Chaplain’s Assistant during Desert Storm to directing food banks through natural disasters and economic crises, Ron’s journey reflects resilience, authenticity, and a deep commitment to community. He believes that real change begins with listening — and that lived experience is a form of leadership intelligence.
Whether he’s speaking at a national conference, mediating tough conversations, or working alongside farmers and neighbors, Ron brings clarity, courage, and compassion to every room he enters.
