As I step out on unwavering faith, I am confident that I’ve completed one mission before moving on to the next. I am His humble servant and the abundance of his blessings upon me are greater than I can count. As I say farewell to Second Harvest Food Bank, I can look over my shoulder, allowing my eyes to see and my heart to cheer for those I leave behind. As for my team, I can only say “Well Done”, because every day you gave of yourself, connected with the community, and taught ME so much. While we take a moment and celebrate our accomplishments together, I am most excited about the next chapter in my life because I know my work of service continues on. Thank you Second Harvest Food Bank, CCAP, and the entire City of Fayetteville for your warm embrace, complete acceptance, and fertile soil from which I’ve blossomed. Although April 24, 2015 will be my last day of service (in the physical here), I will continue to be invested in the success of Second Harvest and promise to check-in from time to time.
